I have six years of experience as a teacher since receiving my certificate to teach at Governors State University. Prior to that, I attended Western Michigan University to earn my bachelor's degree in marketing. My tutoring experience includes working with children in small groups and individually. I love teaching reading and math because I believe that these are foundational topics that students must know before they move on in their academic careers. I'm also a published author of children's books. When I have free time, I enjoy writing, spending time outside, working in the garden, exercising, spending time with my family, and playing games.
